We have our ticket, do you have yours? We are excited to be exhibiting at this year’s CTAA Expo in Tampa, for more reasons than one (in fact we have 5.) Our team has a huge passion for community transportation software and we wanted to share this with our community in as many ways as possible. So this year, our theme is “Spark Your Passion” in transportation and community engagement and we have assembled the top five reasons you simply have to visit our booth.

1. We Will Announce the Winner of Our Award for Community Engagement

One of the ways we thought it would be fun to share our passion for community transportation software would be to present a new award. We plan to announce the winner of our contest that is meant to highlight the success of our clients that have gone beyond expectations when it comes to community engagement. 2. Sneak Peek of Web Trip Booking

We are launching a brand new product that is aimed at providing rider’s with the ability to book demand response trips online. With it, riders can use a Trip Wizard to book/edit single and subscriptions trips, request a return trip with a simple button push and manage all their personal and medical information from a web browser window. 3. Training Sessions are Available

There will be a number of software specialists on hand to demonstrate the use of our various software products. But on top of that, you can sign up for exclusive training sessions on all our demand response customers. Because space is limited, it’s advised that you sign up now to avoid missing out on these all-important information sharing sessions.

4. One-on-one Demonstrations of our Community Transportation Software Solutions

There is simply no substitute for a face-to-face conversation. While TripSpark offers online training and customer support, we are pleased to have one of our product managers on hand to provide personalized insight into the full functionality of our solutions. Joe Tovar will be there to demonstrate the new demand response Web Trip Booking feature as well as answer the many questions you may have.
