Often, we reflect on the past year during the holiday season – and looking back on this year has given us a chance to appreciate the positive direction we're headed in. 2021 saw families celebrating together in person once again, industries and businesses re-opening to the public, and most importantly, an overall sense of optimism and opportunity for 2022.

Through 2021, we've remained committed to partnering with our customers and addressing their unique challenges – whether it's assisting Lethbridge Transit with their fixed route and microtransit reimagination, launching our revamped customer Ideas Portal, or in bringing back our Ignite user conference for 2022.

We're looking forward to building on the many accomplishments of 2021 and to continuing our collaboration with you every stop along the way.
