What is the TripSpark Ignite Conference?
It is a 3-day gathering of your industry peers, transportation operators, product specialists and software experts. We will share our industry insights, new bleeding edge technology, and run relevant product training sessions.
How often is the TripSpark Ignite Conference held?
Annually.
What are the conference dates?
The conference will occur April 14th to 18th, with an opening reception on Sunday April 14th evening and a closing reception on Wednesday April 17th evening.
Where is the Ignite Conference?
The 2024 Ignite Conference will be hosted at the newly opened Virgin Hotel located in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee. Designed with a modern and sophisticated aesthetic with focus on comfort and functionality.
What airport do I fly into?

What are the prices for registration?
Early Bird Ticket Prices until December 2023:
- Early Bird Rate – $1,200
- Early Bird Group rate (3+ delegates) – $1,000/each
Regular Prices starting January 2024:
- Individual rate — $1,400
- Group rate (3+ delegates) — $1,200/each
I am leading a session. Do I receive a discount for my registration?
As a lead presenter, half of the registration fee will be waived. However, you will need to cover your own travel and hotel expenses.
What are the payment options?
Credit Card is the preferred method of payment. Checks will be accepted if necessary. We accept the following cards – Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover.

When does registration close?
Early Bird Registration ends on Dec 31, 2023.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellation of 2024 conference registration for any reason must be received in writing by March 1st, 2024. It must also be canceled online. A $50 USD handling fee will be withheld. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2024. Cancellation requests received after March 1, 2024, or no-shows, are subject to the full registration fee. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received prior to the conference. Written notices should be sent by email to ignite@tripspark.com.
Agenda & sessions
What types of tracks are being offered?
You will have access to learning tracks in Fixed Route (Streets), Paratransit / On-Demand (Novus and PASS), and Ridesharing (RidePro).
What can I expect from the sessions?
Sessions will provide training, client-led industry discussions, and feedback sessions with our team. You can expect to leave Ignite with actionable industry insights, a broader skill set, and deeper understanding of the software you are using.

Are there speaking opportunities available?
Yes! TripSpark has a call for abstracts for customers to share their stories. Do you know an engaging industry expert, with a great story, who you’d love to hear speak at Ignite? Or are YOU an industry expert who can command a room, and has a compelling story to share? Contact us at ignite@tripspark.com to share your proposed topic with us.
What kinds of concessions are made for customers who are selected to present at the conference?
For all speakers selected, half of their registration fees are waived. They will need to cover their own travel and hotel expenses.

What is the Virgin Hotels Nashville rate?
A special rate of $269 has been negotiated for TripSpark Ignite Conference attendees. State and local taxes are additional. Reservations can be made using the group reservation link when booking your accommodation.

Will meals be provided at the Ignite?
All breakfast and lunches, appetizers, and snacks at the opening reception, and at the final night dinner are included in your registration fee. Nashville offers a wide variety of dining options, for every palette. You can check out options for dining in at the Virgin hotel, here. Is there a dress code?
No – but dress comfortably. You’ll be moving around for a good portion of the event, so don’t wear shoes that hurt your feet after an hour, tight jeans that restrict your movement, or clothes that make you either too hot or too cold.
