What is the TripSpark Ignite Conference?
It is a 3-day event with your transit peers, industry leaders and influencers, and special guests. At Ignite, we offer industry insights, product updates, professional development, leadership masterclasses, and training certification.
How often is the TripSpark Ignite Conference held?
Annually, and typically in mid-April.
What are the conference dates?
Ignite 2025 is April 13-16, 2025 in Miami, Florida. See the agenda for all sessions and events.
Where is the Ignite Conference?
Ignite 2025 will be hosted at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel. Ignite attendees can reserve a room at the exclusive rate of USD $279.00 per night. We urge attendees to book a room immediately after registering to take advantage of this price.

What airport do I fly into?
Ignite attendees should fly into Miami International Airport (MIA).
What are the prices for registration?
Earliest bird pricing is available from August 21, 2024 to October 31, 2024.

When does registration close?
Earliest bird registration closes October 31, 2024.
The final deadline for registration is March 14, 2025.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellation of 2025 conference registration for any reason must be received in writing by March 1st, 2025. It must also be canceled online. A $50 USD handling fee will be withheld. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2025. Cancellation requests received after March 1, 2025, or no-shows, are subject to the full registration fee. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received prior to the conference. Written notices should be sent by email to ignite@tripspark.com.

Is certification training offered again this year?
Yes! Back by popular demand, Novus certification training on Advanced Features will be offered at the conference.

What is the Loews Coral Gables Hotel rate?
A special rate of USD $279.00 has been negotiated for TripSpark Ignite attendees. State and local taxes are additional. Reservations can be made using the group reservation link when booking your accommodation.
We strongly urge Ignite attendees to book a room immediately after completing registration because pricing will go up to $580.00+ a night after the March registration deadline.
How can I book the conference hotel?
Bookings can be made on the hotel website.
Will meals be provided at the Ignite?
All breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinners at identified events are included in your registration fee. Several dining options are available at the hotel. A short walk away from the hotel are restaurants and entertainment at The Plaza Coral Gables.
Is there a dress code?
No – but dress comfortably and in layers. You’ll be moving around for a good portion of the event, so don’t wear shoes that hurt your feet after an hour, tight jeans that restrict your movement, or clothes that make you either too hot or too cold.
