TripSpark Employee Referral Program

Purpose

We are proud of our TripSpark team and encourage employees to submit opportunities that they uncover during interactions with customers and prospects. We have created 2 payout categories: Qualified Lead and Opportunity Closed.

And yes, it is possible to receive a payout from both categories!

Payout for Qualified Lead

$50 gift card per qualified lead for ANY Existing Customer that would like additional modules to be added-on to their current platform (Passenger Portal, Notifications, MoD, Transit Miner, MyRide, mydrive, DriverMate etc.)

$100 gift card per qualified lead for Migrations, New Client or a New Department.

Mandatory Requirement: For a gift card to be paid out for a Qualified Lead, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The rep must get a discovery meeting and demo of the product, and
  2. Customer is interested, wants a quote and is eager to find budget for the solution, and
  3. Confidence Level is 30% or higher

Payout for Opportunity Closed

Contract Signing and Closed opportunity – Booking in Salesforce

$100 gift card for Module add-on (Passenger Portal, Notifications, MoD, Transit Miner, MyRide, mydrive, DriverMate, etc.)

$500 for a Migration Win (RM or Pass Migration Booking)

$1,000 for new department or new client (not a current customer for that solution)

Rules of Engagement

Tradeshows do not count as a lead gen opportunity.

These are to be from onsite visits, phone calls or emails etc. that you have with the customer that the lead was generated from.

If there is a current opportunity in the system already and/or a discovery and demo have already taken place for the solution, there will be no payout. i.e., Routematch migration to Novus already exists in Salesforce and/or Discovery and demos have taken place already, therefore no payment will be issued.
