You'll notice one thing in Atlanta, you have to go a few miles to connect to something else. We're a green city so for us to take on transit and to take on carpool and sharing and vanpool and sharing, there's all these different modes that we have that can close that gap for people. This is something you have to consider as a building manager, as a property manager, somebody who's to say I want to open something in the middle of Buckhead, they have to consider where are these people going to park, how are they going to get here, how are they going to come to work every day. And from my perspective of growing up around Atlanta and now still living here and seeing the difference in transit, this is something that has really changed in three years. It's been really cool to see that and be a part of it. Our database is growing, more people are interested and I think the idea of Atlanta moving towards more of a shared commute is happening.

My name is Aisah Gayle. I work here at the Atlanta Regional Commission under the Mobility Division Services. What we do is we offer many things to our stakeholders in the region that have needs for TDM programs. RidePro is a great one-stop shop mechanism. We manage the database that actually has the commuter data in it and it allows ease of reporting, ease of figuring out what areas need more development or not. And it also allows us to provide the commuter an array of tools. Administration burden has been reduced very much so. As a matter of fact, registration as well. We used to enter the data ourselves as operators and now commuters are entering their own registrations in the system. For the administration part, we're not having to print as much letters. Dan (Bower) not only brings the developer face to the actual program, but he also brings his experience. We have been working with him over 16-18 years now. It's a long time. He's come here several times to Atlanta and we hold regular meetings with him. Our customer service is fabulous.
